This is yoga that adapts to you, not the other way around.
You can also book a private group yoga class-a meaningful way to share the physical and mental benefits of yoga with your family, friends, or coworkers. Each group session is customized to reflect the needs and energy of your circle.
Private classes are available in person at Namaste Yoga or OAK Mind + Body, through local travel, or online via Zoom.
Words of Appreciation
Lineage Acknowledgement
"I acknowledge India as the birthplace of the yogic tradition. I strive to actively assess my teaching and to practice in ways that only honor the yogic tradition and my teachers both on and off the mat. I recognize that we are guests on this land, and we are indebted to the generations of Indigenous people who have been and continue to be its stewards.”
