Energy Healing Session Agreement & Liability Waiver

By registering for and/or participating in any Energy Healing session with Rachele Rose (“Practitioner”), I, the undersigned (“Client”), acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:

1. Nature of Services
   I understand that Energy Healing is a natural method of energy balancing intended to promote relaxation, stress reduction, and general well-being. These sessions may also support pain management through holistic techniques.
   

2. No Medical or Psychological Treatment
   I understand clearly that Energy Healing sessions are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment or diagnosis by a licensed healthcare professional.

   • The Practitioner does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical provider.

   • I acknowledge that it is recommended I consult a licensed physician, psychologist, or other qualified health professional for any physical or psychological concerns.
     

3. Voluntary Participation and Comfort
   I understand that participation in Energy Healing sessions is completely voluntary. At any time during the session, if I experience discomfort, I may request to pause or stop the session. The session may resume once any concern is addressed.
   

4. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
   I voluntarily assume full responsibility for my own health, safety, and well-being during and after participation in Energy Healing sessions. I hereby release, waive, and forever discharge Rachele Rose, her employees, contractors, representatives, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, or causes of action (known or unknown) arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in Energy Healing sessions, including but not limited to any alleged acts of negligence.
   

5. Legal Agreement
   I agree that I shall not now, nor at any time in the future, bring any legal action against Rachele Rose for any matter relating to my participation in Energy Healing sessions. This release shall be binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
   

6. Age Requirement
   I affirm that I am at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into this agreement.
   

7. Disclaimer
   Energy Healing sessions are intended for personal growth and relaxation and should not be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If I am under the care of a physician or mental health professional, I will discuss my participation in Energy Healing sessions with them as needed.
   

By registering for this session, I acknowledge that I have read, fully understand, and agree to all terms of this Liability Waiver and Disclaimer. My participation constitutes a binding agreement from this day forward.
